What we heard

They found the app.
Now let’s help them feel confident.

You’ve already seen encouraging onboarding from Meta ads. The next opportunity is giving people a clear, human, active brand to explore when they look you up.

01 / Make it human

Put real people in the picture.

Build continuity with recurring creators who reflect the women you want to reach. Show the app in everyday shopping routines, with honest experiences and recognizable faces.

02 / Make it clear

Show the step that feels unfamiliar.

Use actual screen recordings and simple explanations to show what connecting Gmail involves, what happens next, and how to use the app.

03 / Show up consistently

Give people something to explore.

Create a cohesive feed, useful pinned posts, and ongoing conversation across Instagram, Facebook, and X. Keep the messaging consistent and adapt captions to each platform.

The creative direction

A little “that’s me.”
A lot of “now I get it.”

Our content connects the shopping and inbox frustrations your audience knows with a clear demonstration of how Vlingo fits into their lives.

Relatable moments

“Found the sale email. After I checked out.”

Creator-led everyday shopping moments that introduce the problem.

Product in action

“Here’s what happens when you connect Gmail.”

Actual app walkthroughs with a real person guiding the experience.

Questions, answered

“Where do my promotional emails go?”

Short explainers using product and privacy language approved by your team.

People behind the app

“Why we built a different way to find deals.”

Founder footage and genuine creator first impressions that add a human perspective.

Illustrative creative directions. Final scripts, features, offers, and product claims are reviewed before production.

Your custom scope

Two ways to build
your presence.

Both options combine content production and ongoing social management. Choose the volume and creative testing support that fit your next phase.

Option 02

Social + Creative Testing

$7,000/ month

A larger content library with additional creative for paid testing and more frequent outbound engagement.

20 original videos + 4 graphic posts16 organic videos + 4 dedicated ad videos + 4 graphic feed posts.
  • Creative planning, scripting, filming, and editing
  • Up to 4 recurring on-camera faces
  • 20 unique feed posts cross-posted to IG, Facebook, and X
  • 20 Story slides for Instagram and Facebook
  • Captions, covers, scheduling, and publishing
  • Shorter captions adapted for X
  • Outbound engagement: 30 minutes, 5 days/week
  • Comments and DMs: up to 15 minutes each weekday
  • Monthly report and call, with available ad creative insights
  • Organic and paid usage of delivered content
What’s included in both partnerships?

A dedicated point of contact, monthly creative planning, creator coordination within the included talent scope, scripts, production, editing, captions, cover graphics, scheduling, and one consolidated revision round per batch. We’ll also refresh the profile messaging, plan three pinned posts, and organize Instagram Highlights during onboarding, using the included content allocation.

How does cross-posting work?

Each original feed asset is distributed across Instagram, Facebook, and X. X receives shorter captions and format adjustments where needed; carousels may be adapted into images or a short thread. Cross-posting does not triple the number of original concepts. Story slides are shared to Instagram and Facebook. Dedicated ad videos in Option 02 are delivered for your paid campaigns and are separate from the 20 organic feed posts.

What does engagement cover?

Relevant outbound participation from the brand account within the listed time allowance, plus routine comment and DM responses across the three platforms within a shared daily allowance. Technical, account-access, and privacy questions are escalated to your team. Engagement supports visibility and conversation; follower counts and app reviews are not guaranteed.

What are the production and usage boundaries?

Videos are original short-form vertical edits, generally 15–60 seconds, with approved scripts and available app access. Included talent may be Noah Social team members or sourced creators. Organic and paid usage of final delivered content is included. Creator posting to personal accounts, creator-account ad permissions, raw footage, extra hooks or versions, and additional revision rounds are outside this scope.

What stays with the Vlingo team?

Your team supplies app access or demo recordings, approves product, privacy, and rewards claims, and handles customer support escalations. Paid media buying, ad spend, app development, website implementation, and in-app review-request implementation are not included. We can help identify opportunities to gather genuine user feedback.

How would we begin?

Proposed starting structure: a three-month initial engagement at the listed monthly rate. We’ll finalize the start date, approval cadence, billing schedule, and production timing together in the Upwork agreement. This proposal outlines the working scope and does not create a contract.

The first 90 days

Build the foundation.
Then build on what connects.

Month 01 / Establish

Make the brand easy to understand.

Align on audience, review the app, confirm approved messaging, refresh the profiles, and create the first content batch. Introduce the core use cases and pin the posts that answer first-time visitors’ questions.

Month 02 / Learn

Find the messages people respond to.

Review watch time, saves, shares, profile activity, and audience questions. Refine hooks, creator delivery, and demonstrations. With Option 02, incorporate available feedback from paid creative testing.

Month 03 / Refine

Turn the strongest ideas into repeatable series.

Develop the formats and topics that earn attention and answer real objections. Review traffic and Gmail connection data where tracking is available, then plan the next phase around what we’ve learned.
